About Désirée

After more than 25 years in Pharma, MedTech, GMP and other regulated environments, I know where my strength lies: I quickly see patterns and structure when information, processes and responsibilities have become tangled. I am energised by turning complexity back into something workable.

What attracts me to this work is that a challenge is rarely about regulation alone. The real challenge often lies where quality, decision-making and people meet. I ask questions, separate the essentials from the detail, and help determine what is needed to move forward. Not to add yet another layer, but to clarify what matters, which choices are needed and how a team can move forward.

People I work with describe me as technically strong, engaged and direct, with a sense of humour that brings perspective and helps us stay both relaxed and sharp. I combine senior QA/RA judgement with an eye for the people who need to work with it. A solution is only good if it works not only on paper, but in practice too.
